What questions should you confirm when buying a mattress?

So when we buy a new mattress what we should confirm?

1. How about the size you need?

All the mattress need to fit in your bed, so the mattress size need to be confirmed. Currently mattress size is single, double, queen, king. King is biggest, it is 183*203cm. But factory can customize the size for you.

2. What kind of softness you want for your mattress?

Mattress hardness has hard totally, mid hard, hard, soft, mid soft. Soft as our vedio,pls kindly check.

3. What is the warranty of mattress?

Different company will have different warranty. Some are 15-20 year, some are 5-10 years only. But to be honest, I will suggest to update your mattress every 10 years at most for your home. Because mattress material will have deep influence after long time using, now it can not give you the best sleeping already.

4. How about the service after buying mattress?

If the mattress have some quality problem, what service you can give? Return back？Exchange? Refund? Most of company will chose refund because of high freight. But if can solve the shipping problem, they also will deliver a new one to you.

5. How to take care of your mattress?

For protection of mattress, I always buy a mattress protector or make the mattress anti stain and waterproof. Or make the mattress with zipper, so that you can clean it easily.
